LATER: Tracking info for instock items is emailed separately and may take up to 3 business days (Mon - Fri). Tracking info has an estimated date of arrival. This date is not guaranteed.
Did not get an email from us AND your bike is NOT a prepay/preorder? First, check your spam folder. Still no email? Add us to your address book then send email titled "Need Receipt/Tracking Info" to bikesdirectbikes@aol.com. If you don't get a reply in 2 business days - call us at 904-249-2453 Mon-Fri 9a-5p Eastern Time
Is Your Bike a PreOrder/PrePay? Your receipt will have the estimated ship date ranges. Bikes are Shipped Ground Service, Instock bikes take 3 to 7 business days (approx) after your order is placed
When the Bike Arrives:
Inspect the box and contents right away. Make sure it's what you want BEFORE assembly. Bikesdirect will not be held liable for any costs of assembly.
Assembly Issues, Damage or Need Missing Parts? DO NOT PURCHASE Parts from anywhere else. FIRST, Contact bikesdirectservice@gmail.com with clear pictures and details of issues. Retain all packing materials. We're unable to reimburse 3rd party labor/parts.
Assembly: All bicycles need assembly and adjustments, even pre-installed parts.
Such as pumping up tires, minor wheel truing, brake rotor truing, tightening a few bolts here and there. Cranks, stem tight, drivetrain adjusted and you are ready to roll. NOTE: Pedals are right / left threaded, careful don't strip threads and check tightness before every ride.
