Mercier 2010 Kilo OS Fast, Simple, Classic - Limited Edition ONE TIME RUN
Grass track racing was popular in England in the thirties and forties, so Mercier decided to go retro and make a grass track racing bike. The bike has a bit of spirit about it with its retro double TT , wide tires, camel colored leather seat, drilled chainring and cog, and retro handlebar bend.
The bike has a vintage feel to it and is a pleasure to ride and a joy to own. Certainly not like every other SS/FG you see today - and as a limited one time run - an instant classic by Mercier.

53cm (c-t) with TT of 552mm and standover of 30 inches
56cm (c-t) with TT of 568mm and standover of 31.5 inches
59cm (c-t) with TT of 587mm and standover of 33 inches

The "standover" is the distance from the floor to the upper surface of the top tube that is between ones legs when straddling the bicycle. Most riders want at least 1 to 1.5 inches between them and the hard chromoly steel top tube.
If you are between sizes, keep in mind the smaller one will have lower handlebars and more agile handling. The larger one will have higher handlebars but less straddle room. Your personal preferences will determine your size.
Another tip is to choose the bicycle that has a top tube length closest to the length of what you currently prefer.
The final choice is up to you.

NOTE: PLEASE TIGHTEN YOUR LOCKRINGS, CRANKS, PEDALS ETC BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY RIDE. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals etc are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty
An interesting track bike fact:
The Kilometre TT or 'Kilo' is three and a half laps long and is considered by many to be the most painful event in track racing. From a held start, the rider will sprint at full effort for a little over a minute.
