We can accept Canadian credit cards and all bikes ship free* within the lower 48 U.S. states. We cannot ship directly to Canadian addresses due to brand restrictions — but you can still get a bike to Canada. See the steps below.

Most customers ship to a U.S. store near the border, then drive across and pick it up. Find a UPS Location. Once the bike has shipped to the U.S. address, you’re responsible for all duties/taxes to enter Canada.

OR use our partner MyUS.com for fast international forwarding. MyUS members get discounted rates and 24/7 account access. Sign up to receive your own U.S. address and they’ll forward to your Canadian address.

Note: Use MyUS.com’s Personal Shopper service to purchase from BikesDirect. MyUS accepts cards with international billing addresses (including non-U.S. banks) and wire transfers; they’ll make the purchase on your behalf if needed.
