When the Bike Arrives:RETAIN ORIGINAL BOX and Packing Materials for at least 30 Days. Inspect everything immediately. Make sure it's what you ordered BEFORE assembly. Bikesdirect is not liable for assembly costs.
Assembly Issues, Damage, or Missing Parts?DO NOT buy replacement parts elsewhere. Contact bikesdirectservice@gmail.com with photos and issue details. Retain all packing materials. We cannot reimburse 3rd-party labor/parts.
Assembly Notes:All bikes require assembly and tuning. This includes inflating tires, checking bolts, adjusting drivetrain and brakes, sometimes wrapping bars. Pedals are right/left-threaded. Check tightness before each ride.
