Sizing Guide:

16.5 fits most 5'6" to 5'8"
18.5 fits most 5'9" to 5'11"
20.5 fits most 6' to 6'2"
 
Sizing is a personal preference and the final choice is up to the customer. Between sizes? Choose smaller for more agressive fit with lower handlebars or for short legs/arms. Go larger for higher handlebars, more upright ride, long legs/arms. However you may touch when straddling the bike.
