Please do not pay a 3rd party to work on your bike or purchase repair parts until after you have given us a chance to make things right. In rare instances of problems, we can often save you time and money.

Please retain all packaging and send photos if possible. Note: Costs of parts purchased without giving us a chance to make things right are not reimbursable or covered.
What is Not Covered by Warranty? Labor Costs, Assembly, Packing, Shipping, Wear and Tear parts like chains, bearings, wires, inner tubes, tires, paint/decals, crossed/stripped threads on cranks, pedals etc and broken derailleur hangers are not covered by warranty as these are user/maintenance issues. If you strip your pedals/cranks or the derailleur breaks off while riding or shifts/snags the spokes these are user error/lack of proper adjustment/maintenance.
Cosmetic Issues are not covered such as stains, scratches, chips, tears etc.
Damages due to impact, accident, road/trail hazards are not covered. At their option, some manufacturers may require the whole bicycle be submitted for warranty inspection.
All sales are final after 30 days. Returns and exchanges cannot be made past 30 days from purchase.
Returns / Exchanges: To exchange an item (size/color), return the first item exactly as received with original parts/packaging and place a new order. Replacements ship after we receive the return in new condition.
Inspection: Please inspect the item before assembly or discarding any packaging. Returned items that arrive used, damaged, not as-new, and/or without original packaging are refunded less the following fees:
Best practice: Retain all packing materials for at least 30 days.
We do not cover incidental or consequential damages in connection with delivery timing or product description/function.
Assembly / Labor: Costs you choose to incur (e.g., shop assembly) are not covered unless specifically pre-authorized by us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.
Q: I saw a lower price after I purchased. Can I get a credit?
A: Items are put on sale for various reasons. If the lower price is for in-stock, identical product (same make/model/size/color/condition) and your purchase was within the last 30 days, email us a link with your receipt. Credit cannot be given if the items are not identical, are out of stock, or past 30 days.
