FREE Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Within the 50 states, all bikes/large items ship Ground, signature required (no exceptions). Expedited shipping is not available. Bikes/large items must ship to a physical street address; we cannot ship bikes to PO Boxes.
Orders are processed on weekdays (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking email from bikesdirectbikes@aol.com once processed. Most orders take 3–7 business days in transit; allow 1–2 business days for processing. Transit times are estimates (not guaranteed) and do not include weekends or holidays. Weather and other conditions may cause delays.
GREEN Regions: Good to go — FREE freight* to the 48 states.
WHITE Regions (AK/HI): Add $289 per package (Electric bikes cannot ship to AK/HI/PR).
ORANGE / Canada: Limited availability. GET INFO (duty/tax are customer’s responsibility).
PUERTO RICO: We’re not currently shipping to PR. Some shipments may be possible—see GET INFO.
YELLOW / Non-USA Customers: See GET INFO.

Carriers attempt delivery up to three times and leave a notice for alternate arrangements. If a shipment is returned, customers are responsible for a nominal re-shipment cost.
Most arrive in 3–7 business days after pickup plus 1–2 days processing. Up to 10 total days is possible. Changes to orders in transit may incur charges or may not be possible. More questions? Contact us.
What about taxes? Bikesdirect collects sales tax in some states. Buyers currently pay sales tax in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
