The last time we called, Trek gives lifetime against defects or a $350 crash credit towards a new frame (frame/fork = $2749) so, you would pay about $2400+tax to replace your Trek frame

How much Assembly needs to be done?
We are selling these bikes Factory Direct in the Factory box so you get to pay a price comparable to what dealers pay for similarly equipped bikes. These are factory boxed in "dealer-ready" condition and are approx 90 percent assembled. Most customers have told us they can complete the assembly and tuning in 25 minutes or so.
